An E-2C Hawkeye, from the “Bluetails” of Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron (VAW) 121, prepares to land on the flight deck of the aircraft carrier USS Nimitz (CVN 68). Nimitz is underway to complete flight deck certification and carrier qualification for an upcoming 2017 deployment.
