Safety Briefing
In the Army, they are taught to learn and respect their rifles (and other weapons). While a machete may not be a weapon for soldiers, it can be used for something useful like cutting through thick vegetation and the like.
This daredevil soldier looks like he’s about ready to catch this blade after tossing it around. But it looks like he’s going to catch it on the wrong end. Talk about a trick gone wrong. Time for the safety briefing on how NOT to handle sharp objects.
Freedom Angels – Hilarious Army Meme
While discarded rounds are not fun to pick up after some serious firing at the range, why not make the best out of a crappy situation. This soldier right here decided to make a ‘freedom angel’. However, this is not an ideal winter weather situation to be going this.
These defenders of freedom take pride in defending our country every day. But they still need to clean up the mess after having a bit of fun sharpening their marksmanship skills.

In an homage to one of the most iconic lines of the movie ‘Titanic’, the Army decided to take it upon themselves to make their own version. Three soldiers working together when one of them decides to re-enact the scene. Before the Army does anything, they request permission such as to ‘speak freely’ and the like.

It’s a dirty job, but someone’s gotta do it. This soldier learned the hard way. It’s true that those who join our military have sworn to protect the freedom of our country against all enemies. However, things can happen at an Army Barracks (especially at a latrine on base).

Grandma’s Couch
Our next military meme may not apply to just the Army, but any other branch that wears camo gear. Imagine that not working to your advantage except your grandma’s couch (which looks exactly like the camo you wear). So why not get your grandma to send the couch to your base or wherever you are doing combat training? You’ll blend in quite nicely it seems. The enemy won’t see you coming, even when they decide to sit down and relax. A hilarious Army meme!
Casual Friday
Casual Friday at any workplace is typically a t-shirt and jeans at the office (as opposed to the usual attire). But for one soldier, it seems that he takes it a little too far. He’s got his helmet and his backpack. However, he decides that today might have been the day to show up for work wearing a t-shirt and boxers.
If you’re an Army soldier, there really is no such thing as ‘Casual Friday’ in the field (or on-duty).
Forget the Map
There’s always a running joke where lieutenants don’t have a clue what they’re doing (or where they are going), even with a map. Unfortunately, for this group of soldiers, what appeared to be a harmless mud puddle ended up being something more. And their humvee since to the bottom of what appears to be a mud pit.
Is it really a puddle or did the LT lead us into a small lake and we didn’t know about it?
Sweep the house
If there is one thing that can get someone on the bad side of an Army wife, it’s taking the words ‘sweep the house’ out of context. When soldiers sweep the area, they are searching for threats that may be in the area. But frustrating as it is, the wife will ask ‘what are you doing’ when you’re in full combat gear and your rifle is out and about.
