U.S. Marines with Medium Marine Tiltrotor Squadron 264 (Reinforced), 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), pilot a CH-53E Super Stallion helicopter during a transit through the Strait of Hormuz on Sept. 24, 2016. 22nd MEU, deployed with the Wasp Amphibious Ready Group, is maintaining regional security in the U.S. 5th Fleet area of operations.
